    clen specific question.

I read an article about clen and how some athletes take the dosages before they go to bed to avoid the side effects. Me myself love the drug short term but hate the side effects such as shaking. at work shaking is a problem I am trying to avoid. What you guys think about taking :right" before bed? and anyone with experience?

besides that...your body needs to *fully* recuperate while sleeping

I don't think taking clen before bed would help that.

are you sure you read that the clen was taken before bedtime and not the upregulator(like ketotifen fumarate)

the reason i'm asking is that, as stated above, clen will make it difficult to sleep, but ketotifen or diphenhydramine(which was previously used for upregulation but is in debate now) are great for sleep aids

Exactly right. you'll stay up with the jitters. You should take awhile b4 you go to bed?

i take my clen at 6:00 am every morning (im now at 140 mcgs) along with my 100mcgs of t3 and on my 15 minute ride to work by the time i get there im gittery as hell and then by 2:00 pm when i get off of work its not so bad i can barely notice the shakes but i still have a elevated heart rate untill i go to bed at 9:00 pm with no trouble going to sleep. But while doing cardio at the gym it feels like i get winded faster than i use to not sure if its just in my head but about 30 mins into cardio im ready to quit but i push it another 30 mins and just suck it up.
