    Fat gain on Cycle?!

One thing that has always confused me is when people talk about gaining fat on a cycle. But then when you read the steroid profiles(i.e. Test E) it days more muscle, more mass, more strength,LESS fat. Also many people on this forum report dropping in BF% on cycle while building muscle(on bulking cycles)!

So can anybody explain why so many people are worried about gaining fat on cycle when so many others report a drop in BF%?

    yah, diet and training.

personally I don't see the point of "dirty bulking"

    lol

yep. my thinking is why gain 30lbs on cycle, then have to bust your ass dieting down afterwards, when you could just gain a solid 15lbs or so.

damn near impossible to give the body the exact # of calories needed to just gain muuscle. Much more prudent and productive to gain a few lbs od bosyfat and maximize muscle gain - that short yourself re: gains by not eating enough. Gaining fat does not mean you ate "dirty" just too many calories - but again i d e'rr that way rather than not enough. I do try to keep fat gain to amin but dont stress over 10 lbs of fat on a long bulking cycle...it'll drop right off ....

No, not hard, just diet correctly.

I gained 20lbs off test-e only at got leaner, veins started popping up in places in my forearms and my arms.

    Thanks for the reply guys.

I was asking because I'm starting a cycle soon, but I don't wanna gain fat! Like said before,Id gain 15lbs of lean muscle and lower my BF, rather than 30lbs with a significant amount of fat! Gonna do 12 weeks Test E 500mg/week.

Also when I commit to a diet I stick with it. I'll post my bulking diet for sure before starting a cycle!

I always ate whatever I felt like and never gained an ounce of fat until I started juicing.

The secret is controlling your overall carbohydrate intake and reducing them by a large margin as the day winds down.

So Protein/Carbs in the morning and early afternoon, and then Protein/Fat in the late afternoon and evening?

So you're saying you never gained any fat, but the when you started to juice you did?!

depends on what time you workout. If you workout in the morning or early afternoon then this philosphy is correct.
