What's the story with nolva and clomid? Do I use both for PCT or just one of them?...if just one...which would be a better choice?


As for during the cycle...are clomid or nolva necessary?...or would something like arimidex suffice? would u then continue to use arimidex into PCT?

It is generally recommended to use both during PCT.

During cycle clomid is never really recommended, nolva is in case you get the beginning signs of gyno.

taking armidex during cycle will limit estrogen and prevent gyno from occuring.

Adex is usually preferred on cycle protection. Nolva may be used as well, in the absence of 19nors (deca, tren).
