No, it is a prescription drug used primarily for asthma if I remember correctly.

You can get through UGL's or research chemicals, though.

not legal for human consumption with perscription or otherwise in the U.S.

only perscribed as an asthma med in europe. not FDA aproved.

that being said, it can be obtained psuedo-legally as a research chemical, but not for human consumption.
