I have been working out seriously for 16 years. I am about to turn 30. I am 5’8, between 190 and 195 lbs depending on the time of year. Last time I had my bf checked at the gym, it was 5%. I eat mostly protein and fat with plenty of leafy greens and some fruit, as I have found that on a super-low-carb diet I feel stronger and more energetic, and I’m much leaner. I lost 15 pounds 2 years ago and have basically kept it off since I went practically no-carb.
I think I have reached my natural potential, and, for a few months now, I’ve been (lurking) considering my first cycle. I was wondering what kind of results I could expect from a Test E only cycle (12 weeks @5-600mg a week) with Toremifene for pct, in terms of increased strength and size? I can bench 365 lbs for 5 to 6 reps on most days I do chest. Also, I do an hour of intense cardio 5 days a week, and I was wondering what effect this cycle would have on my cardio? Any related advice is also appreciated.
