What can I expect?
I have been working out seriously for 16 years. I am about to turn 30. I am 5’8, between 190 and 195 lbs depending on the time of year. Last time I had my bf checked at the gym, it was 5%. I eat mostly protein and fat with plenty of leafy greens and some fruit, as I have found that on a super-low-carb diet I feel stronger and more energetic, and I’m much leaner. I lost 15 pounds 2 years ago and have basically kept it off since I went practically no-carb.
I think I have reached my natural potential, and, for a few months now, I’ve been (lurking) considering my first cycle. I was wondering what kind of results I could expect from a Test E only cycle (12 weeks @5-600mg a week) with Toremifene for pct, in terms of increased strength and size? I can bench 365 lbs for 5 to 6 reps on most days I do chest. Also, I do an hour of intense cardio 5 days a week, and I was wondering what effect this cycle would have on my cardio? Any related advice is also appreciated.

well, if you've been lurking, you'll know that no one can tell you what *your* gains will be.
you're saying your maintain 5%bf year round? hm.
effect of cycle of test on cardio?....well, what type of cardio is it?

Your gunna need a better PCT then that.
No one can say what you will get out of it forsure.
Depends on the training and diet and just the person in general.

I am looking to get some kind of “gauge” from someone who may have been in a similar situation or knows someone who has been were I am now. I have been working out hard for a long time and have not been seeing the gains I saw in my teens through my mid 20’s.
As far as the bf goes- I diet strictly year round. Elliptical machine very high intensity.

What kinda gains are you expecting bro? You sound like your allready on top of your game, especially with your bf%. If your diet and training regime is in check bro, I don't see any reason why you couldn't put on 10-15lbs. I would consider going with Nolvadex for your pct. Wait two week after your last injection of Test E and run it at 20/20/10/10. Peace

It is possible to get 20lbs but it just depends on the person
Check out the PCT section.
Your gunna want a better PCT then what was stated above

My man, if you are walking around at 5'8, 195 and 5% you are a lot bigger and leaner than the flexing fool in my avi. Not doubting you but....well ok I am doubting you. Not that you cant attain that just find it hard to believe that's your everyday look.

Any other advice on how to alter diet (calorie intake and type etc) and workouts (how often, intensity, duration..) on cycle would be greatly appreciated.

That's why you split the Nolva in half. Why would you run 2 Serms together at the same time when Nolvadex by itself works great? Peace

Typical Day-
18oz of tuna (3 6oz cans) with olive oil mixed in
12 boiled eggs whole
2 cups 4% cottage cheese
16 0z red meat
1 42 gram protein shot after workout
4 1.5 or so cup servings of vegetables-mostly leafy greens with olive oil
2 servings of fruit and berries
About a gallon of water a day
And 2 servings of Benifiber.
6 to 12 12oz beers a week

I would not be so quick to call him a troll, it's not that hard to get good size natural with a good diet but 5% body fat is LOW for anything but competition shows.

I was hoping to find out what I could expect to get out of my first cycle. I tried to post as complete of a picture as I could, stats, years training, max lift, diet etc, to get feedback on anything you guys think I should alter, before, on and after my proposed first cycle.

I was going to guess roughly 10%, maybe 9% but that is very good, you really dont want to be less unless you are doing competition. Looks good and your ready.
