I am on a testosterone HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) for low test levels. My levels were near as low as yours though.

First off, at 107, the last thing you need to worry about is the size of your nuts! You don't have enough natural test production to even care about shutting anything else down. This is a serious issue that can lead to sexual dysfunction, weight gain, depression, and a myriad of other related hormonal problems. Assuming your doctor has a clue as to the seriousness of the problem for someone of your age, I would assume she is concerned that you have an underlying medical condition and is searching for answers.

Once she has a better understanding of what's happening, she will start you on an HRT program which can consist of either topical or injectable testosterone. The topical option (Androgel) is very expensive. If you do not have a prescription drug plan that will cover the topical then tell her you want the less costly injectable option. She will probably write you a script for a 10ml vial of Cyp. With a prescription, you can go to your local Walmart or Walgreens and get the needles and medication legally at about the same cost as you would buying it from a gear site. Plus, you have total confidence of the product being legit and properly formulated.

As far as why she referred you to a Urologist, I really don't know. I do know that you're test levels are extremely low and you need to follow through with her requests to find out why. DO NOT use femera or any other PCT type drug! Your hormones are ****ed up enough already. The doctor will not put you on any of these medications either.

go to an endocrinologist and tell him what you have done. he will rx you drugs to hopefully restart your system. if not, HRT for life buddy. i'd see about having ur body restarted before getting on HRT, its not as easy as getting a bottle of test and shooting it yourself. I had to really push my doc from rx'ing me gels/creams/patches(all a pain in the ass) when I can do a shot every week, or every two weeks as he perscribes.

I am currently going throught the same, my doctor precribed 10g of androgel a day. I hate this stuff!! It is a real pain every morn. but way better than the depression and other problems I was having. She also has me set up to see a uroligist. Put a real damper on my cycle for the summer

It's from the methadone. Look up some medical articals on this methadone is notorious for this. Switch to suboxon or subutex and your natural levels may go all the way back to normal. Or testosterone replacement therapy is also a option. But trust me it's from the methadone.

everyone advocates clomid AND nolva for PCT not just clomid but regardless, standard PCT is 4 weeks, not one or two

Its dose dependent. The more methadone/opiates the lower your testosterone production. ow do you know your levels were 320 before you were an addict. How long ago was that?
