    steroids & no workout = gain?

    i was wondering if you take steroids but don't workout, will there be any gains at all?
    I've been working out with reasonable doses of sus, dianabol but there;s just 1 kg gain over months and it really depresses me.
    I've posted the pics in this site pic forum and everyone says it looks good (it's now not there anymore for some reasons) and the seller has a good reputation
    do i have a extremely high resistance to drugs that im not getting the effects or is this something common
    I eat 20eggs, 100g of protein shake a day for my protein intake, workout 5 times a day
    what are obvious signs if the steroid is real or not when you're on them?
    please help

    wait so you get all your protein from egg whites and protein shakes????

    thats your numberone problem then, egg whites get digested very quickly and don't keep your body satisfied for very long, same goes for shakes.

    get over to the diet forum and get that in check, your diet is going to be the most important factor in how much you gain...its not a magic pill, you have to eat right, and train right to get the most our of aas

    what are your stats?
    weight?
    age
    height?
    bf?
    cycle experience
    what is this exact cycle, with doses and total lenghth of cycle, where are you now in the cycle?

    Working out 5 times a day? You could be overtraining.

    Post up your info like Big said and you should get the help you need

    My body is dragging if I just do 3 of my 5 days with two sessions a day . Sounds like you need a trainer .

    theoretically that is POSSIBLE but with stimulation from weight lifting the likeliness of an increase in muscle mass is dramatically increased.

    The use of steroids and in a non exercising individual is a very unhealthy combination IMO.

    Just to clarify, eggs are considered the most complete proteins you can consume. If I had 20 eggs white in one sitting, which would be about 60 grams of protein, I would be satisfied for 2-3 hours.

    Like everyone has stated, we would need your stats and what type of cycle you are on to give you a better answer. If you are using test, then the most obvious sign that it is real or working is the sex drive increase.

    How old are you? Links to the photos you posted please.

    Everyone is different, but with a good diet and working-out you can get very big...

    i think this is a total bs post. who works out 5 times a day? sorry but it dosnt happen, everytime you drive home from the gym you would have to turn around and go back.

    the body does not digest egg whites well unless cooked. even then i wouldnt use them.

    LOL. I thought precisely the same when I read the headline of the thread... but I agree with the previous posters who mentioned diet and overtraining. 5 workouts a day sounds more like the Gulag than the gym.

    you should at least have a history of some hard core workouts 3-8 mounths at a time for a time frame of 4-10 years before you start doing AAS.

    Yo guys can you help me? I work out 30 times a day, eat about 700g of protein a day, and am running 500mg test e EOD plus 100mg DBol 2x day and I am losing weight...what's the deal?

    I've been asked how many times a day do you workout before lol.

    You will gain on steroids with no workout. ALOT less then if you worked out natty with a proper diet and workout routine.
