    Injection in sore muscle?

I'm thinking of injecting quads twice per week. Looking at a youtube video it said don't inject into a swollen site. After training legs I am sore for 5 days at least. Is it ok to inject in a muscle that is sore? Also does the pain from the injection affect your performance in the gym?

It's true you don't wanna inject into a muscle that is swolen. If you work out your shoulders you don't wanna go home and inject them. Same with your quads. Take you injection in the morning bro after your shower and should be fully relaxed. As far as the pain goes from the injection, it depends on what your injection. Test Prop is really the only thing that bothers me. Peace

Yes, somewhat but you need to push through it. I try not to inject in an area that I know I am working the next day. Again just my opinion.....

I don't know why but for me I can only train chest and back once per week because they are sore for the whole week. I've been training chest for a while 300 x 7 on flat bench. Legs only recently I've been training. I don't even do much just squats 350 x 8 then leg press and leg extensions.

I'm working every part of my body. I'm still kind of confused on what they mean by swole site. Does that mean don't inject into a muscle that has recently been trained and that is pumped? Or does it mean do not inject in a muscle that is still sore? I could probably find a day in the week my quads are not sore.

I can't even imagine jabbing quads and trying to do a leg workout within atleast 2 weeks. Can barely walk, let alone train.
