Why don't people realize that during Arnold's time they didn't know how to properly cycle. Steroids were relatively new in a bodybuilding sense and thus it was basically experimentation to see what works.

So I laugh when I read "SO WHAT DID ARNOLD TAKE?" who cares what he took, it probably isn't a cycle we would do today. I mean hell back then the idea of a PCT was having good enough genetics to limit bloat and not get gyno. If Arnold did steroid cycles like we do today he would have def. been alot bigger.

I actually read about the whiskey shot part, but not in protein shakes. He said in an interview back in Austria he would drink Whiskey all day and do squats all day.
