    250mg test a week?

    Guys I know people say do not go under 500/wk, but I'm just looking for min gains. I am cycling with winny proviron and t3. Anyone else had success with this much test enanthate? I would split 250
    In 2 shots. Going for 12 weeks

    A few years ago i ran a test only cycle which was 250mg ew and had great gains..

    500mg/wk is like the standard newbie cycle.

    you can definitely make gains off 250mg/wk though.

    Awsome. The info you get on this forum is unreal. Luv it!! Also only being enan ester I could possibly run 1x week?

    It's good to see people agreeing that under 500mg's is ok, i asked this a couple of times but got told 500mg is minimum. I think maybe 250mg might be a good starting point to ease into cycling if your willing to take it easy. I also feel that gains would be easier to hold on too but correct me if i'm wrong.

    Optimal is every 3.5 days but since its e you wouldnt notice much of a difference shooting once a week.

    for a newbie, anything synthetic test will yield some results (given proper circumstances), but why 250 when you can take advantage of 500mg/week to maximize a cycle?

    Yep..thats why I taper...which I know some people on here dont agree with...

    Why not 1000? 250 is way above the bodies normal amount of test and if you eat and train right you should be able to gain a ton.

    Why not a 1000, 1500? I have yet to see one person who did an initial cycle of 250-300mgs a week say anything except great things about the gains they made.

    So does every 3.5..so shoot cyp every day...lol j/k

    Like I said optimal is 3.5 but your not going to have huge swings going 1x/week.

    defiantely agree you will definately see results, but take advantage of the most stable blood levels as you can with a reasonable amount of test, every 3.5 days.. probly less sides too

    I know a competitive bb who never goes above 300mg, he is short and needs to keep within his weight category, but he looks awesome. Different people respond differently to gear, so imo its not a bad idea to start with a low dose such as 250 to see how you respond. If you respond well, then why bother taking higher doses that are likely to cause more sides.

    hey man, i just did 250 a week for 6 weeks and 400 for 5 weeks.

    250 worked great until week 5 and i stopped gaining weight so bumped it to 200x2 ew.

    i say start off slow, see how it goes, 400/week def caused me more breakouts than 250.

    I wouldn't shut down my normal test production for just twice the amount of testosterone I make naturally.

    125mgs a week does not put me very high. 250mgs Is an OK cruize / Great TRT dose for many.

    test doesnt kick in for around 5 usually. unless you were using prop.

    Great help fellas. I'm going to go with the 250 1x a week. I'm not looking for huge gains and have used testa few times at 500/week and blew up. I
    I'm only looking for smaler gains. Might frontload with 500

    Did a very similar 1st cycle ever. Frontloaded 500mg sus week 1 and then did 250mg of sus for 8 more weeks and gained 16lbs kept 12 of it and was very very pleased.
