I wana to start my ECA cycle for cutting ,It is my 2nd time to use eca stack and it done great result with me , my Weight know is 100 about 18 % bf
My goal is 85 so am little confuesd about how i can cycle eca stack i Google it i found that most of people take it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off . And other say 6 week on and week rest so Any help hear about how to cycle it ... note that my plan is to drink 3 cup of Turkish coffee and 325 mg aspern ? my question here is better to make the cycle 2 weeks on and 2weeks off,6weeks on and rest for 2 or 3 weeks ?
