    Clen and caffeine

    I started taking clen today. 3 dose, 3.5 hours apart. 1st dose 7:30am before cardio, 2nd is at 11:00am, and 3rd is at 2:30pm. Because of work, I can't workout till 7:30 pm. normally I have a cup or two of coffee preworkout, cause at that point, believe me, I need all the energy I can get. My question is, can I still drink coffee preworkout while I'm on clen? It will be 3-5 hours after my last dose usually, and I will keep it to a cup or two at the most. Will it harm me at all?

    you're fine, clen antagonizes beta 2 receptors, caffeine inhibits adenosine production, completely different mechanisms, just don't overdo it

    yea, phates right... pay attention to your body.. if you start to get light headed or anything out of the norm, lower your dosage

    I used to take clen along with coffee. Is that helpful or no?

    Yes....you won't feel too good if you do. Pot of coffee + 120mcg

    why dont u take L-carnitine instead , i used to take L-carnitine , not really in large doses but 1 mg before training and i used to train like a beast so musch better than caffeine energy and side effects wise .

    I am currently taking clen and have cut back on caffenine bigtime. I just don't need as much. But, a little will not hurt.
