Hi, can any1 help.
Hi everyone, I'm Sheridan from the Uk, i would like any advice on how to start taking injectable steroids , I have been working out on and off for the last 20 years, but due to work and familiy commitments have never really reached what i feel could be my true potential, but now i feel i need a little help (kick start), so that i can juggle work, family and lack of time to fit everything in really. I have also had over the last two years very bad tennis elbow which has really affected my training and liking for lifting heavy, but fingers crossed this is now healed and i'm ok with knowing what supplements to take and with my training, so any advice on what, how and when to take steroids would be very much appreciated, as i'm a novice in this area, thanx.

Welcome shezza, You have some great questions and you have come to the right place! Well, not really... If you really want to get answers to your questions you need to retype your post over in the Steroid Section, Questions and Answers or maybe in the Section For Over 40 years old if you are so blessed... glad to see your out here asking questions.. that's a great start...

bf (estimate is okay, if you dont know post a pic)
2. DIET!!!!!!!!!!
all the gear in the world wont mean squat if your diet isn't in check (and please dont say that it is in check, that's relative)... take the time to post up a detailed diet and let us tweak it ... running gear without a sound diet is like trying to drive cross country with an empty gas tank, it doesn't work
3. training routine..
what is it???
what kinda split do you do??
how much cardio???
what are you goals???
4. pct
do you know what this is???
5. get ready to learn alot.. cuz your gonna need that info if your really serious about doing gear...
