Bloodwork before cycle???

Ok sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I have search both "bloodwork" and "type of bloodwork to ask" and i couldnt find the answer i'm looking for.

I did read the sticky about getting bloodwork done but again didnt find the answer.

Basically, when going to get bloodwork done, what is the name of the test (if there is any) to ask for?

I dont want to go in and ask for a test of my bloodwork and then the doc asks what i want to test for. If thats the case, do i list each thing individually or is there a name that has everything in one test that i should be looking for?

Sorry if this is a noobish question or whatever but i rather have the correct answer rather than just assuming.

here are names of the tests in which I have had done in the past...

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel W/EGFR
Testosterone, Free, BIO, and Total, LC/MS/MS
Alpha Subunit
Thyroid Peroxidase
Estradiol
Lipid Panel
CBC w/differential Platelet

Those are the main names of the tests which your doc should be familiar with!
