    I am 160 lbs and i am 6'2 what should i take? i am lengthy

    hi i am 6'2 and i weigh about 160 lbs i've never tried or used steroids be4.
    i need some help on what should i get started with or what i should use.

    i plan only to be 180-185lbs.

    help me please thanks.

    You can reach that with diet and a good workout routine no problem. You don't need steroids . Check out the diet and workout forums and plan a good diet and workout split. You'll reach your goal before you know it.

    I would have to agree bro. When I first started lifting I made "steroid -like" gains naturally, just focusing on diet and a proper lifting routine. At 6'2 you are only 160? What is your weight lifting experience? What does your diet look like?

    you are me... exactly

    i was 6'3 at 155-160

    i worked out and ate naturally till i got to 180

    then i started gear. (still too early but im an addictive personality)

    so get your diet and training down first. youll get to 180

    I was 6'3" @ 155lbs. when I started working out 20+ years ago. You've got to start somewhere, but Steroids are not the answer right now, it's FOOD. Check out the diet section and post up a copy of what your eating now and get that tweaked to gain, get a sold workout plan together and you'll be on your way. There are no shortcuts, working out and bodybuilding is not a sprint, its a marathon.

    At 6'2 and 160 soaking wet and you want to reach 180?
    you do not need steroids to acheive this at all,sort your diet out accordingly,train hard,plenty of rest and you will get there without gear.............

    Why would you suggest a cycle for someone 160 over 6'2...... Common sense would tell anyone that there is definitely more room for growth.... At 6'2 ide say u can easily hit 180+........ I'm currently like 173 at 5'6. And just started my cycle like literally a week and a half ago.....With very little body fat... EAT... and EAT some more... DIET is key to your success in my opinion....

    I know people who are like 6' 175=180 and look like bone racks. try eating something man steroids aren't a miracle, believe US when we tell you this. We do them..

    I have to go with the rest in here. It may sound like everybody is lying to you, because you've heard that steroids will give you the easy gains. Get with some people who know how to lift and then train hard. Go to the diet section and just eat what they tell you to eat. I promise you that you will make 180 in no time at all. Heck, I'll bet you can get bigger than that pretty easy if you want to. It's the weights and the food that will make the miracle in your life, you can consider gear when you are trying to hit 275... and lastly

    6' and 175-180 is bonerack.. yeah this is true.. but imagine a 6' at 160lbs.... I remember being 160 at 5'6... And I hated that... I couldn't imagine tacking a 6 more inches... and keeping that weight.. I think ide be disgusted with myself.

    Yeah upping you're diet will help, but if you're going to do it regardless, go with a simple testosterone . Enthate is popular and should be easily obtainable. I'd stay away from prop/sust, since you would have to be injecting too frequently and using tons of injection sites, which would be too advanced for a noobie.

    So i'd run the basic 500mg test/week shot twice a week(250mg every Mon/Thurs). Length is debatable, so i'll just say 10-12 weeks, you look into that as well. I'm a fan of frontloading, less waiting is always a good thing, research that as well if you'd like.

    Check out s*p*o*t*i*n*j*e*c*t*i*o*n*s dot com for injection spots. I'd suggest glutes, quads, delts repeat. That's what I did on my first cycle, gives each spot plenty of time to recover, and I've never had a problem with them(some noobies tend to have a 1 bad experience with quads and stay away from them, don't be retard and you should be fine).

    for pins, i used 25gx1 on delts, 23gx1 on quads and 23gx1.5 on glutes.

    For PCT just read the stickies here, Clomid, nolvadex , ldex seems to be the current flavor.

    I am 16 years old, i think i do agree i do have a shiitty diet but i dont know what to eat exactly. and i've tried working out alot of times like a consecutive 2months and i didnt gain a pound, i have a veryyy fast matabilism.
