Been taking the clen/T3 cycle for over a week now and unfortunatly I havent been able to work out this week due to work schedule but been more active (cardio) then normal... My legs are sore and I feel the need to stretch my muscles in my back a lot. I realize that taking taurine will help with this.. But why does it make your muscles sore to begin with? and why do I see no weight loss but leg muscles are looking more defined?
