i would like to know if it would be ok for a 19 year old to do a cycle of anavar because i know that anavar has little or no effect on your natural testosterone production because it only slightly suppresses your testosterone levels so would a slight suppresion of testosterone at the age of 19 do any serious harm?

IMO, you have a lot of growing left to do, dont try to take the easy way out bro, check out the diet section, that is where most of the problems are....you eat right at that age and you will grow faster then doing gear and not eating right......trust me on this one...

at age 19 your natural levels should be roaring high,,,all you need is hard training,,diet,,and sleep.

I assume you want to add Anavar because you are not gaining as much muscle as you think you should be. Well, you can add anything you want and you aren't going to make any gains if you are not training and eating (and yes, sleeping) correctly. At your age, if you're not gaining then it's def your training and eating. Change those and you will grow, sorry there is no magic pill...
