Hows this look
First cycle going for a lean bulk, trying to keep my bf % the same
6'1"
23y/o
168lbs
lifting for 4-5 years straight
bf% about 8-10%
going to take
1-10 test e 500mg/wk
1-12 Nolva 10mg ED
PCT
1-37 20mg nolva ED
1-30 clomid 100mg ED
PCT will start 14 days after last inj
I will stay on the nolva from day one till end of PCT
I eat pretty healthy, lots of protien and moderate carbs. I keep chicken, oats, yogurt ect. around. I eat about 6-7 meals a day. Working on getting more greens in my diet. Cant really post up a diet as I dont have anything set in stone, just make sure I keep my prot/card/fat ratio under control, and from good sources. I have been eating 3k-5k cal a day depending on the day and what I have going activity wise.
Feel free to add something to the cycle, and or PCT. Im trying to not order tons of diff stuff, and am hoping the PCT there will be enough. I am willing to sub any of the PCT stuff for another substance if needed, but the test e is staying.Last edited by boris20; 04-10-2009 at 04:35 PM.

been trying to get 200 pounds of muscle for the 4-5 years and mostly lost weight lol. I eat as much as I can daily, and have really been focusing on trying to put pounds on the the last 6 months or so, all I can eat all day, tons of protien and yes, my workouts are geared for gaining lbs. Just a hard gainer I guess. I refuse to take creatine, and am getting rid of protien powders, going for real food. I just feel ive reached my genetic potential without using gear.

boris, if you follow the diet we set up for you in the diet forum, theres NO WAY you wont gain weight... trust the numbers man, dont make the same mistake i did with gear.. gear isn't magic...
try to remember, getting big consists of
80% diet
15% training routine
5% gear...
get the first two right before you jump into the third one
