    Question second cycle review

    stats:
    Age:33
    Weight:83.5kg down to 77kgs now
    Height:172cm
    Bodyfat:12%
    currently cutting for this cycle.

    Cycle History: sus 250 and stan.

    Diet:
    340gr pro ( 2 shakes only)
    102gr fat
    82gr carbs
    2067 Cals

    will up the cals to about 3500-4500 on cycle

    week 1-4 Dbol 30mg day split 2x 15mg
    week 1-14 Deca 400mg split sun/wed
    week 1-16 test E 500mg split sun/wed
    week 14-18 oral winny 25mg ED

    Pct week19-20 clomid / nolva (thanks Big A)

    training eod weights and cardio alt.

    for starters if you run the test e till week 16, you need to take 2 weeks off before pct, so pct would start week 19.

    why are you running carbs and fat close to each other, it looks like you are trying to run a ketogenic diet but kinda failing?

    I don't really understand what yr saying sorry. that's just an average day off fitday.

    they vary with my diet some are like 90g carb and 70g fat.
