    Doubts about a cycle

    Hi, first of all sorry for my english... I’m from Southamerica
    I’m 22, i’ve trained for the last 4 years, and I train and eat properly

    My stats are
    170 cm
    156 lbs
    11% bf

    My diet is like this
    6 smalls meals
    2.6gr of protein per kilogram of weigth except %bf divided in the 6 meals
    The carbs are my weight in lbs X 3 and raised 25%. (460gr of carbos divided en the meals except the last and giving priority to the first meal and the post-train meal)

    I’m going to do my first cycle, it’ll be Test Enanthate, using proviron and nolvadex too. The PCT will be HCG nolva and clomid


    Week
    1-12 500mg/week Test E
    3-12 25mg/ED proviron, 10mg/ED nolvadex
    13-14 25mg/ED proviron, 10mg/ED nolvadex, 1000 U.I./E3D HCG
    15-17 100mg/ED clomid, 20mg/ED nolvadex

    How many grams of protein I must eat per kg of weight during the cycle??
    What about the carbs??
    I been training 4 days per week, each muscle one time per week... when i’ll be in the cycle I must train more??
    And the finally cuestion... some people say that the 500mg of test must be inyected at the same time, I mean in one aplication. But others says that you must divide the doses in 2 aplications. What is the correct??

    two shots a week. prolly keep blood levels more stable. 156lbs? though. you should gain more weight naturally first and you will probably hear that alot. There is a calorie calculator link here somewhere ill try and find it for ya.

    yea your a little light to cycle, also first cycles are recommended test only so when your ready to do the cycle drop the primo for now

    Mmmm... I see, well so I'll try raising the carbs to 40% slowly and the protes to 2.8 and I'll leave the cardio for a while, is that ok? I'll try to win more weight naturally and then I'll do the cycle, but my question is, how many grs of protes I must eat in this cycle and what about the training. I ask for not posting the same in a future.

    I know everybody on this board recommends not to cycle usually under 200lbs or until you are at your genetic potential, but I just don't see anybody following it. Atleast you have done some reading before jumping into something. Most people come on here and ask the stupidest questions and eat McDonalds and expect to turn into Arnold..


    Do 2 injections per week, Monday and Thursday. This keeps blood levels more stable.

    And no, you don't have to train harder when on AAS. Train like you would normally and push yourself to the limits, incorporate dropsets into your workouts until you can't do anymore.

    Run a 40/40/20 diet, the diet forum on here will help you lots. Good luck man.
