I'm about to run my first true cycle of sustanon and then anavar durring the end. I have clomid and Nolvadex for Pct. But, I have no idea of what kind of Ai I should run with the cycle and if I need it. If I do what kind how much I'm clueless to this and cant find an answer. Please help! Thanks..

Thanks bro thats what I needed to hear. I guess I'll know if I need it. I've already got gyno anyway so It cant hurt. I'm eventually just going to have to get surgery. I have had it since I was a kid.

Sust should be shot EOD, not twice a week

single long esters get shot twice a week

boating is an individual thing and you can bloat on anything single ester or multi ester

you get less sides with more stable blood levels, and its harder to maintain stable blood levels with multi esters

Ok bro your right I am overthinking. I'll stick to the single ester. I'll keep you updated. I'm at about 20 percent bodyfat right now. I'm trying to cut down a little more before I start.

Bro I think you should try to get your body fat down a little more before you use AAS. Do alot of cardio and adjust ur diet
