    Smile Please

    Hello everyone I'm new (as new as they come) to posting. I just have a few questions about cycling. EDITED. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ASK FOR A SOURCE OR HELP FINDING ONE

    My work out consist of German Volume training 5 out of 7 days
    I complete a 5 mile walk twice a week, complete a 4-5 mile run at least once every 2 weeks and hit the eliptical machine about twice a week for 45 mins.
    I'm using nutri-system for clean diet and also suppliment my eating with chicken and fish all baked and boiled. So a typical day

    06:00 hydroxycut (2) protien shake 30 grams and small breakfast
    09:00 protien shake
    11:00 hydroxycut (2)
    12:00 nutri system meal and salad or some type of protien (chicken etc)
    14:00 protien shake
    16:00 workout
    18:00 sensible dinner w/ nutri-system and salad or some chicken or fish

    I want to drop my BF to about 10-12% and max wieght 205lbs is this the right way to go? I don't want to use heavy testorone because of side effects (aromatization) etc, just want to put on some lean mass and get rid of the love handles.... Your input would be awesome....EDITED Thanks for all your help
