My work out consist of German Volume training 5 out of 7 days
I complete a 5 mile walk twice a week, complete a 4-5 mile run at least once every 2 weeks and hit the eliptical machine about twice a week for 45 mins.
I'm using nutri-system for clean diet and also suppliment my eating with chicken and fish all baked and boiled. So a typical day
06:00 hydroxycut (2) protien shake 30 grams and small breakfast
09:00 protien shake
11:00 hydroxycut (2)
12:00 nutri system meal and salad or some type of protien (chicken etc)
14:00 protien shake
16:00 workout
18:00 sensible dinner w/ nutri-system and salad or some chicken or fish
I want to drop my BF to about 10-12% and max wieght 205lbs is this the right way to go? I don't want to use heavy testorone because of side effects (aromatization) etc, just want to put on some lean mass and get rid of the love handles....
