Penalties for domestic delivery

I know if you order international and customs nabs your package all you get is a sezuire letter. What happens if the Post Office finds gear in your package? Do they require a signature or can they just bust you for having it sent to your house?

They normall will try a "controlled delivery" That way they can use the fact that you accepted the delivery against you.

a friend of mine sent an ounce of weed to another friend of mine (from ny to ny) and when the receiver went to pick up the package at the post office, as he walked outside there were 2 cops standing there waiting for him and took him in to the station
