T-3/Clen cycle
I am getting ready to start a 56 day T-3 and Clen cycle. I will keep a close eye on the T-3, if I start to lose muscle, I will lower the dosage. First dose will be 50mg in the morning and continue every hour till the max dosage is taken. Keep in mind, I am on a TRT at 200mg of test-c, each week. Let me know what you guys think?

I did come up with a second option to this cycle and was going to post it with it as well. I have done some research on T-3 and it shows that your thyroid returns to normal fairly fast. The study showed the benifits of running T-3/ with Clen..Here is the second option

wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much T3. theres no reason to go beyond 75mcg. seriously, i thought something like that seemed reasonable when i first tried it. i made it up to 75mcg and thought i would have a heart attack, and thats without clen .

try 25mcg ed for a week or so, then go from there.

do you plan on using the benydril method?....thoughts on this method? does it or does it not work?

I will let you guys know...how it goes..
I have always did the two weeks on and two weeks off in the past, but believe I am going to go with the benydril this time, but if it is not working I will change it up...I have never run the t-3 before so not sure what going to happen with it....

I think 50mcg T3 will be your "money" dosage. Like Jigga said, you will have to keep an eye on muscle wasting. Start with 25mcg and see how your body reacts, if all is good bump the dose up to 50mcg and then access. I talked to a guy this weekend who said 50mcg didn't do shit for him but 100mcg burnt muscle up like crazy. He found that 75mcg was his magic number (he's a big dude, 6'4" 250lbs). My next cycle will involve T3 so I am going to start low and access as well. Good luck bro!

1) benadryl does nothing to "upregulate receptor sites"!
2) During a "calorie deficit" t-3 decreases after 2 weeks.
3) The body generally produces roughly "25 mgs of endogeneous t-3" on its each day without adding t-3.
4) As a bodybuilder you would desire around "25-35 mcgs per day" when trying to add as much fat free mass as possible.
5) Never exceed 75 mcgs of t-3 regardless of how many anabolics you are using or muscle loss could occur. Cardio done with low/mederate intensity burns fat for fuel while t-3 burns fats, carbs and "unwanted protein"!
Try the following-
Week 1: Clen 40 mgs/ t-3 12.5 mcgs (only 12.5 mgs is needed during the first week because it will act in an additive manner to your already natural t-3 production. The human body takes around 1-2 weeks to decrease it's own natural hormone production once a foreign hormone of the same type is added.
Week 2: Clen 40 mgs/ t-3 25 mgs
Weeks 3-4: Clen 60 mgs/t-3 37.5 mcgs
Weeks 5-6: Clen 80 mgs/t-3 37.5 to 50 mcgs (50 mcgs will probably cause muscle loss if only 200 mgs of test is being utilized)Weeks 7-8 : Reduce clen by 20 mgs every 2-3 days. Reduce t-3 every 3 days by 1/2 a tab (12.5 mcgs)
