    1st cycle questions

    Hello everyone, just some questions for a first time cycle and could use the input. I currently have been training about 7 years or so, and have trained MMA for about a yr and a half. I am 5' 9" 195 lbs currently. My primary goal for a first cycle isnt so much about getting gigantically huge (though some bulk would be nice). Rather, I'd like to get crazy strong and get a shredded look.
    After a little research I was thinking Test e, eq or anavar ? , arimdex, and nolva PCT. Like I said, Im new to this so I would gladly appreciate the input and suggestions. Thanks guys

    for your first cycle, stick to simple test e run it between 400-500mg/week for 10-12 weeks followed w/ proper pc...get diet in check, keep salt intake down and water intake up and you'll be good to go and will love your results

    You sound like you are trying to start on the right track. Please research on the site for a bit and you will learn all you need to know and more.

    PCT knowledge needs to get better, because it alone can be the one of the most important things you need to do.

    BTW, what is your age and bf%

    Check out the stickies there is one there for first cycles, have a read and post up a cycle plan and we will look over it.

    Im 27 yrs old, not to sure about body fat. But my diet is good, and my cardio is good also. Every sticky that Ive read on many first cycle suggest test e/dbol (correct me if im wrong). Im just trying to find out if that is what cycle I should use for the goals im trying to obtain. Thanks

    it's all about diet bro, the first time i was on gear it was a test e cycle of 500mg/week...i ballooned up! But that was because my diet wasn't in check...(I was in college, stupid IMO)

    however, now I'm on the same cycle, and my gains are nice, and lean. It's all in the diet man, ALL in the diet

    Understand the goals you are trying to achieve can be accomplished, but need to be done correctly.

    The reason you start with one compound, is if sides get crazy or other problems arise, you will know what is causing it. Deciding to go to the dark side is a big decision that will affect your life for a long time.

    Just slow down and read and answer questions(learn) and you will be happy with your results.
