Well Im looking to bulk this summer and looking at my next cycle. Im hoping to get into my first show next Jan or so. My body fat right now is around 15-17% but I was a former MLB playin college ball with a 4.5 40yd so thats all that mattered, and now that is over Im looking to take my addiction to the gym towards bodybuilding. The size I have is from football lifts only..exsplosive for speed and strength ect. So I've never trained for size only however I have a good bro of mine who is writing my workout and diet which consists of about 8,000cals and 400g of protein a day. As far as the specifics of the meal times and what exactly I'll be eating he isn't completly done with or I'd post that too. I posted some pics and know my wheels need work so Im splitting up my legs. But like I said for ball my coach could have cared less if I had giant legs as long as I can perform which i did so the track legs gotta go. So far I've came up with this for a runner:
Wk 1-4: Test Prop 250mg eod
Wk 1-16: Test E 900mg's a week
Wk 1-16: Eq 600mg's a week
Wk 1-16: Nolv 20 mg's ED
Wk 15-17: 50 mg's D bol ED
Got clomid, HCG, Nolv and Aromi for PCT
I'm 24yrs old 6'3" and weighed 242lbs in these pics.
