Hey, I have been lifting for a long time (5 years) and have plateued out. I haven't made any significant gains in a long time. I tried sustanon once and it worked out ok but I had to stop a few weeks into it because my roommate found out and got all stupid about it. Anyway, my question is what is a good, simple starter cycle and any otherhelp would be great. (Sorry I didn't read therules first.) Again, this is thefirst time I have ever posted anything on the net. I am a certified computer illiterate person.
