    First Cycle Need Help With PCT & Dosage

    This is my first real cycle im 21 200lbs 5'9 don't really know my exact body fat % but im a little flubber then i want to to but not fat. I have D-Bolic (Dianabol ) 25mg a pill, AnaVar 10mg a pill, and Tren Fina(Trenbolone ) 25mg a pill. I really don't want to get bitch tits so i'm looking for some advice on Gyno prevention during and after. I was thinking Nolvadex during and Clomid after?

    IMO! don't use what you have!!! use test only. it's your first cycle!
    21 is still young bro, if I were you I'll wait for a couple more years before I'll juice.

    Alright maybe i should have just asked this; for a first cycle what would be the proper dosage and what to take? And i know what test is but what kind? and all the dosages i read are 500/mg a week, so how much a day?

    And for not being ready i hit puberty when i was 11 and finished earlier than most, my growth plates are completely done and i've had this checked by 2 doctors. I'm a top level athlete and i need help pushing past this plateu i've hit so i can get to the next level.

    For starters, you don't have steroids , you have "steroid alternatives ".
