It will help some and it also helps reduce estrogen.

Well you might show a very small improvement, at a high dose, if your body fat was low.Because proviron is a weak compound.

I was gonna add proviron due to its estrogen reducing properties but i thought it would be a great bonus if you could get some winny type hardness effect as well......

I wouldnt rely on Proviron to control estrogen.

If estrogen control is what you need, stick with Arimidex or Aromasin.

it is especially good to add to any test cycle, it binds to the aromatase enzyme and allows more free test to circulate, i include it in all my cycles @ 50mg/day, good stuff.
