    test prop on its own

    Hey guys i know alot of people run Deca with test, but is it still alrite to run test prop on its own?

    Yes a test only cycle is perfectly fine. What are your stats?

    sure I did it once, but the thing is with AAS stacking is extremely benefical if you want to better your results.
    What are your goals?
    Why do u just wanna run test pro?

    This is not always true. A lot of people run a test only cycle. We tell people to run their first cycle as test only rather than stacking so they can know if something goes wrong or they experience something then they will know what caused it. SOme may run an oral kickstart with long esters for a first cycle but not everyone needs to stack

    Yeh this will be my first cycle so i dont whant to stack it with anything as of yet.
    AGE - 19
    WEIGHT 195lbs
    BF - Unsure 17-18%
    Training for 3 years.
    Ok now i have posted my diet and pics a while back in another thread.. i have currently cut out some carbs and im doing cardio 5 days a week for 20mins so i have lost 5lbs since those pics. This will be my first cycle so much help is appreciated. I know alot of you will say im to young, but i think im ready, dedicated and educated enough for this small cycle.
    Test prop 10 weeks
    1shot a week ever sunday of 3mls

    Goals are to add on some lean muscle mass. Still going to stick to cardio 5days a week for 20mins

    Too young. And bodyfat is too high. You say you posted diet but you need to stick to it for a little while longer. You think you are ready because you just want to see quick gains but your body is not ready. You could shut down your test and never be able to bring it back up adn have to start hrt at 19. Also how do you know if your growth plates are closed? I started too young and i wouldnt be surprised if i regret it. Also if you want to lose weight 20 minutes of cardio isnt sh!t. At least 30-60 minutes is better

    You said your educated but you obviously havent read enough and done enough research because test prop should be injected atleast eod. Regardless of your age this alone shows that you dont realise exacally what happends when you take AAS!
