    post cycle issue

    I have been off for 5 weeks. Towards the end of my cycle I began getting puffy nipples, only when they were soft. I took novladex for a few weeks then ran out. Finally got some more, but only 35 tabs. I took 20mg a day till they were gone. Now my nips are still puffy, there is no hard ball behind the nipple at all. No itchyness, no soreness. WTF? I am ordering more novladex today. What is it? How long will it take the novla, and at what dosages to get rid of this shit for good? Anyone experience this?

    Sounds more just like water retention then actual gyno. But the puffyness is probably caused by estrogen. This is just a guess tho..i just finished my first cycle today and start post cycle recov tommorrow.

    or you could have got some fat under your chest causing them to poke out. They will be gone when you cut.
