Trouble injecting on left glute??
First off, this is to the right handed people out there, like myself. How the hell can you reach the left glute? So far I've pinned my right glute, both quads, and both delts, but the left glute is just so out of reach. Am I just not flexible or does anyone else have trouble reaching that side?

Not too Hard!
I use my left hand to raise the upper left glute (this makes needle insertion alot easier)...
then reach over with my right arm (twist your body left) and pump it in (bevel faced upward).
Make sure to bend your left knee slightly (do not lock your knee)
It's really not that hard

It's hard to keep my left hand steady when injecting my left glute. :-( Guess I'll just learn.

shooting the left glute is kinda a pain in the ass (no pun intended haha). i find it easier to lean up against a wall so i can turn around further without falling over.
