To Phate: I don't have a particular diet per se, I do maintain a high protein intake (2 gr. per body lb.). I don't take in a high amount of carbs. I mean I do eat carbs obviously, just not in excess. It seems when I do, even when working out very intensely, I seem to put on unwanted weight ie fat.
