hi iam from Greece.i am a new member..here is my first cycle.what do you think? i need your opinion.

week1-12: 500 gr testosterone
week1-13: 50 mg proviron (25morning+25 night)
week13-14: 1500iu pregnyl
week14-17: 40-20-20-20 nolva

i will run 20 mg nolva on cycle if i see any gyno sign...

iam waiting for answers..

1) I assume you mean 500mg and not GRAMS. Split it into two injections per week (250mg every Monday & Thursday)

2) Either run HCG throughout the cycle (opitmal) or start it around week 9 and stop at week 13.

3) Make sure you start PCT 2 weeks after last test injection

4) For PCT the nolva will get you by, throw in clomid at 50/50/50/50 if you want to be safe

24 years old 1.77 70kg..yes mg not gr..my bad! ok i will run nolva and clomid for pct...but i dont want 4 weeks clomid(i hate clomid,nolva is better choice) one week 50 mg and then 4 weeks nolva 40-20-20-20 isnt good idea?is there any problem? week's 9-13 how many iu's of pregnyl? the esters are 50/50 enanthate /cypionate (testex 250)

If you are only going to do 1 week of clomid than don't bother doing it at all IMO. No problem, like I said because you are only running test, you can get away with just using nolva, in future cycles you are going to have to use both if you want a full and fast recovery.

As for the HCG 500ius every 2-3 days should be good to keep testicular function.

ok i will do 500iu every 2 days (Weeks9-13)and then week 14 i will start nolva for 4 weeks 40-20-20-20 am i right? so the complete plan is that:
