Really Newb Question

I'm taking a cycle of test. the first one i have ever done! Should i be taking Gaspari Novedex XT while on the cycle? And is there anything i should avoid while on it?

Welcome. You could use the Gaspari, I probably wouldn't.
What is your planned pct?

body fat%?

nope, just a supplement that sounds similar. closer to an ai than a serm.

no he means AI, stands for Aromatase Inhibitor, it's a class of drugs that inhibit aromatization while serms bing to estrogen receptors.

Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) Compounds that bind with estrogen receptors and exhibit estrogen action in some tissues and anti-estrogen action in other tissues. arimidex is an ai, but that's not what I was referring to. I meant (if I'm not mistaken) that Gaspari Novedex is actually closer to behaving like an ai than a serm. Swifto would be a good one to ask about this, he's much brighter than I am.

Any research done? How long have you been on cycle.. 160 is light, what's the diet look like? PCT is a must.
