Anavar as a liquid????

Help me out guys...can Anavar be available as a liquid....not tabs? I have never heard of this but there is some available now and I am not sure if I should get it. I have never even heard of Anavar being available as liquid, non injectable put in coffee or just under your tounge. Could this be fake gear???
