    Newbie here and i need help!!!

    I am 26 years old and looking for a new change. I have lifted in the past and I have become lazy. I am looking for quick results, but safe start. I'm sure you have all heard the same cry for help, but I am desperate. Here is my info.

    there is NO WAY you need steroids with what you just stated.

    steroids are NOT magic and dont' give quick results. They only help an already good base, which you do NOT have

    at 5'8" and 200lbs, what is your bodyfat %

    I am guessing you need diet help first.

    and as stated DO NOT ask for sources as that will just get you scammed

    I am at about 15% body fat. I have bulk already and I am just looking for more thats all. I can put up about 200x8 on bench. I am not looking to lose much more weight. I can diet more if I need too.

    I can promise, that is PROMISE that you do not need steroids at this stage of your training. They would be a waste of money and would not give you the "quick results" that you are looking for, I don't care what you have heard from others. I'm sorry, there are no quick results. That said, weightlifting and a good diet will give you the body that you want. It might take a few more months than you wished, but it is those extra months that build the confidence, the extra energy and the "can do" attitude to go along with your new body. Good luck!

    I appreciate the advice tyward!!! I am no really meaning quick results tho. I mean just strength gain. I am already as bulky as I really wish to be. I think it might be easier to put up a picture for you to understand.
