how many tabs to take - clen?
i am doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off clen .
do i have to start on 1 tab per day slowly increasing i should i go straight to 4as ive already done my first 2 weeks?

so this is your second run of two weeks correct?
if so at what dose did you initially start experience sides or elevated temp?

I think he is asking if he has to pyramid all the way back up or if he can start with a higher dose then the first time he ran it?

i started with 1 then up to 6 per day.
do i have to pyramid up again?
what shoudl i start on?

damn. with clen you dont have to "re-pyramid" up again on your next set of two weeks after your two weeks off. Pyramidin up the clen dosage is just to get you knowin how much your body could take with how much the amount of maximum dose of clen. So if yours is...say 140mcg feels like its "sick" enough, then stay with that amount until your cycle ends Originally Posted by british bulldog 1

yeah if 6 is the maximum dosage that you can take..i always stick to 6 myself cause its already sick enough to make me look like "the rain man".
