Hey fellas,
Another first timer here. About me:
26, 6'7, 230 not sure of body fat thinking 10-15. l'm historically lean and a hard gainer. l played University basketball and have been very active all my life. Been lifting consistantly 4 times a week for 3 yrs now. Since ball l have had 3 mass gain cycles which included Vertex Creatine. In that time I've kept 20 pounds of mass. These gains were acheived with a big diet lots of lifting and a ton of suppliments.
What are my goals:
I want to gain and KEEP 10-15 pounds
For my next cyle I've been researching Winny oral tabs for possible use after a small Vertex run (2weeks). I am planning on using either Cell Tech or Atlas Labs (any thoughts on these kinds of Winny)
The first 2 weeks will be heavy intake deit and Vertex. The next week will be a test week of oral Winny. 25mg per day. Assuming all is well I'll bump up the dosage to 50mg for another 2 weeks. Pending results here either up the dose to 75mg per day or (if results are good) drop back to 25mg and ween my self off and let my natural Test to start up again.
While on the cycle I will be taking a flury of suppliments:
-BCAA's
-Milk Thissel
-L-Glutamine (pill and powder)
-Iso Whey
-Casein Whey
-ZMA Anobolic repair forumla
-Udos 3-6-9 *****s
-Multi vitamins
-Lots of water
(Anything l else l should be looking at? Mass gainer perhaps?)
The cycle will have lots of lifting per week (4-5 times) for 1 to 1.5 hrs per session. Cardio 3 times a week.
Anyone have any feed back on the above? What kind of impact will Winny have on a guy like me.
