How is liquid clen different? and do you just measure out a liquid dosage and drink it?

measures in mcg.. squirt it in your mouth. wash it down. i've heard ofpeople holding it under there tongue for a bit why i dont know. might want to ask someone who is experienced with that

yes, if you know the concentration then you can figure out the dosage

actually it's measured in mL

and i would imagine the people holding it under their tongue(i don't personally) are doing it to take advantage of the extreme dense vascular tissue there, it's the same principal as taking something sublingual, if you put it under your tongue it's absorbed into the bloodstream faster

well i think he was meaning in doses like one ml of helio equallys 40mcgs. it would be more accurate to go in micrograms slin pin. than using a 3ml syringe.since people start out taking half cc and working up.

What is your proposed clen cycle?

Here's what I'd do: .4 mg = 40mcg

40/60/80/100/100/120/120/100/80/60/40/20 (MCGs)

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off -or- on 3rd week take 100mg Benadryl ED

* Don't forget to take Potassium and Taurine supplements daily!

* Drink Plenty of Water / Expect Sides / None after 3-4 PM
