    need help...

    I know for obvious reasons sources can't be named. I think I'm ok by asking this though..... I am considering using an online, overseas website. Is this a bad idea? Has anyone had any success? any info is appreciated.

    There are many.... some are good and some are not. There is always risk involved even if the site itself is legit.
