    enlighten me dear vets

    Im a first time aas user.

    Ive got dbol which comes in 25mg tabs. How best to take this? is 25mg ed sufficient for me? if so should i split the tabs to be taken twice daily i.e.
    12.5mg twice a day?

    Also, ive got test enanthate and i intend to take 400mg ew initially but up it to 500mg in a few weeks. Should i take this once a week or split the dose to be taken twice a week? Bear in mind the issues that come with more frequent injection requirement.

    im also opting to take l-dex at 0.25mg eod and after much thought i have opted out of taking HCG for this cycle. i shall end with pct of nolva and clomid.

    I mentioned these points in an earlier thread but i took my first shot of test e today at 1.5cc of a 250mg/cc solution (so 375mg) and one 25mg tab of dbol. So... id just really like some final thoughts for my own peace of mind as well as the questions above answered .

    your help is greatly appreciated.

    21...turning 22 this year (well aware of the age issue)
    5'7
    160lbs (bear in mind this is decent for my height)
    12% bf
    5 years training
    this is my first cycle

    and as mentioned, my pct plan is basically nolva at 40/40/20/20. too many conflicting ideas on whether to put in clomid, but if i intend to do so it will be ur basic 100/50/50/50(or something similar). a lot of conflicting ideas on HCG also, but decided against using it.

    please get back to me...

    you already said it to young bro

    no conflicting ideas clomid, and nolva is just fine together

    no need to jump from 400 to 500mg 500 mg is good enough to start out with....i split the dbol up 25mg is low.

    how long you going to run it?

    since you already took your first shot is the only reason you are getting the answers

    well, you already started so you might as well do it right

    pick a dose of test e and stick with it the whole way through. either 400 or 500
    test E needs to be shot every 3.5 days

    split the dbol dose up during the day, 2 or 3 times

    how long are you going to run each compound?
    PCT starts 14 days after last test E injection

    ok well im going to run test e for 10 or 12 weeks depending on how i feel. Dbol for the first four weeks. and yes, will run pct exactly two weeks after last test shot for about 4 weeks.

    can u elaborate on the dbol dose?...if 25mg is too low, how much do u suggest i take?...the tablets are 25mg each so how would u suggest splitting it during the day?


    also, what do u think about my omission of hcg?

    You should be fine. Your not running any 19-nors, that are extremely suppressive so a standard armosin, clomid, nolva pct will be just fine.

    seems u need to get your diet in check... not saying your weight is horrible.. but, especially if you wanna do gear, im sure we can optimize your diet.. u mind posting up a diet so i can get an idea as to what your eating??

    yeah sure man:

    1) 1 cup oats + protein shake + 2 scrambled eggs

    2) 1 can of 185g tuna + 4 slices brown bread + fruits + handful nuts

    3) Brown rice/pasta + meat* (7oz) + veg

    4) Potatoes + lamb (7oz) + salad + handful nuts

    Work out

    5) Dextrose + Protein shake + rice/pasta + meat* (7oz) + veg

    6) Cottage cheese 1 cup + 2 gls skim milk + 1tbsp peanut butter + fruits

    * by "meat" i mean lamb/beef/salmon or ne thing else. basically aim for 7oz.


    I dont usually eat like this mind you. Just started this diet plan today coinciding with the start of my cycle. Also, my previous diet wasnt horrible, i just din have as much protein and calories.

    tell me what you think....

    also ne ideas on my dbol question above? (btw not sure how easy it is to split dbol tabs...)

    all and all, your diet looks decent... my tweaks are in bold..

    also, u should look into seperating your pro/carb meals and pro/fat meals.. as in, try not to eat too many fats on high carb meals and dont eat too many carbs on high fat meals..

    also, let's do some math..
    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )



    once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

    To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:


    If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
    If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

    i despise egg whites hence they are no where in my diet plan. how ever this "pasturized egg whites" sounds interesting. what exactly is that and wer can i find it??

    also, just normal potatoes man. i din know there was more than one kind unless u mean sweet potato in which case, no, im talking about the unsweet version.

    and yes, ur right ill definately split meal 5) into two meals.

    yeah show the diet. Your weight isn't terrible but I'm sure you can get that up another 10-15 lbs naturally.... I changed my diet hard. Was around 160. And couldn't get over it... Currently weighing around 175lbs at 5'6.

    wats pasturized egg whites? and ne suggestions on spliting the dbol...my tabs are 25mg a piece...

    pasturized egg whites are liquid egg whites that are cooked at 150 degree's so that they can be preserved correctly.. the upside of them is that they are 95% bioavailable, where as a raw egg white is only about 65-75% bioavailable
