6) Cottage cheese 1 cup + 2 gls skim milk + 1tbsp peanut butter + fruits i know cottage cheese has casien in it, so that's okay, but i personaly like to eat a lean beef before bed like london broil.. great stuff.. the skim milk has sugars in it, omit..
I dont usually eat like this mind you. Just started this diet plan today coinciding with the start of my cycle. Mind you my previous diet wasnt horrible, i just din have as much protein and calories.
tell me what you think....
also ne ideas on my dbol question above? (btw not sure how easy it is to split dbol tabs...)
