What would a 14 day cycle of t3 be?

I a bit confused and my math skills are crap.

Im hoping this into my bridge between mass phases. 14 days caus eI want to run it with clen.

so it would be 14 on and 14 off (maybe three cycles)

of Clen and T3 between growth cycles

Don't run T3 between cycles since it is very catabolic in nature and clen won't be enough to counteract it.
