    Are winnies right for me??

    I am 19 years old, 6'0 205 lbs. I am athletic but more overweight than lean. I can max out at around 205-210 pounds on bench press. I want to get stronger while also more cut and look more muscular. Are winnies the right move for me?

    NO.
    You should not run winni alone.
    Your still too young to consider steriods.
    You can do alot with diet and training still

    if you max bench is 210 u should do AAS when your max i about 405 and your 25-35lbs heavier and your about 24

    Take the info these guys said already and run with it. 100% trueness there... Too young brother... Max 210lb bench... You definitely need to get that up man......

    I heard that superpump250 and creatine, glutamine, whey p, good vitamins, and good carbs and shit load of healthy food works better then winny or any other shit out there.

    i dont know about that 405 bench statement...his weight isnt bad either depending on his bf%...hes just too young

    i guess we are just going to have to agree to disagree...if that was the case then i bet 99% of the people on here didnt follow that rule...bench is so over rated...his bench is lacking alot though

    thats all i meant really, i figure when he doubled his bench he would be ready.
    I think bench is an ego exercise but is also great for adding mass.

    yea iv always been a weak bencher...i was deadlifting 455 before benching 275..haha
