Hi everyone, I'm currently stationed overseas in the US Army (Infantry). I'm getting out relatively soon and have been wanting to do a couple cycles. I've never done them before and would appreciate some help.
I'm currently 5' 8", 198lbs, and I approximate somewhere around 14% body fat. I'm not sure the exact number of course, Overall my body is not too fatty, it's just the abdominal region has a nice little layer. Everyone gives arm measurements, currently my right arm is 16 3/4, and my left is 16 1/2 (frustrating).
My daily diet, as good as one can follow in a military dining facility is as follows:
0800 - Breakfast
- Two Scoops ON Pro Complex, 60g Protein
-60g Protein
-4g total carbs
-260 Calories
1130 - Lunch
- Meat. Usually 1 chicken thigh and breast
- Some rice, brown if available
- Gravy on the rice
- Salad with Italian dressing
1500 - Pre-workout shake
- One scoop ON 100% Whey Protein
-24g Protein
-3g total carbs
-110 Calories
1700 - Post-workout Dinner meal
- Meat. Usually 1 chicken thigh and breast
- Some rice, brown if available
- Gravy on the rice
- Salad with Italian dressing
21/2200 - Bed Time shake

Also, sort of a side note- My chest's development seems to be weird. Occasionally both pecs look just fine, but at other times it's sort of sloped. Possibly a very minute case of gyno? I've never taken any hormone altering things, but I'm curious on your guys opinions. I've started prioritizing incline DB/BB presses and working in Decline's which I never did, but am I missing something here? I'd like to fix it ...
Thanks in advance for responses! Just trying to get everything down 100% before I venture into this seriously.
