first cycle
I'm looking for my first cycle. I have hear that a good first time user cycle is Deca , test, and D-bol. Please give input! Thanks

wanted to add i'm 5'5" 155 lbs, somewhere between 8-11% bf I was initially going to start taking Deca and D-bol stack followed by pct. It comes from the book Anabolics 9th edition weeks 1-4 200mg of Nandrolone and weeks 3-5 10mg/day of Methandrostenolone . Weeks 5-6 300mg of Nandrolone and weeks 6-8 15mg/day of Methandrostenolone. then all weeks Liver support: Liver Stabil, Liv-52 or Essentiale Forte. cholesterol support: Lipid Stabil (3 caps/day) and Fish Oil (4g/day). Estrogen Support: tamoxifen (20-40mg/day) but the pct calls for the following: days 1-45 Nolvadex 20mg per day, days 1-30 Clomid 50mg taken twice a day, and days 1-16 hCG 2500IU every other day. Please give input on this cycle Thanks in advance

I apologize for all those that took the time to reply to my first post. I had difficulties navigating through this web site. I'll now answer all the questions. I'm 40yr olds. Been training off and on since I was 24. I've been training really hard and steady the last two years. My diet is ON. I don't eat much sugar at all, no carbinated drinks, no alchohol, very lean red meat. etc etc...

5'5" 155 and been training off and on since I was 24. Also you have been training really hard and steady the last two years but think your diet is spot on hmm. I will let others be the judge of that. What kind of training do you do(Running or long distance)

i would look at a test only first cycle, have you looked at post cycle therapy yet..

Thanks for the your thoughts Necrosaro. I do think my diet is on.. It may not be 100% but its up there. I do weight training with very little running.
Prone2rage. I have looked into a post cycle therapy of HCG , clomiphene citrate and Tamoxifen

Try posting your diet in the diet forum to have the experts tear it apart for you and get you on a diet to help you build those muscles much better.
Also if you can post your weight training here so we can take a look at it.

So now you know you need to be doing a test only cycle and you know what to use for pct so put it together and post a full cycle...

Thanks again Necrosara. Like I mentioned I'm new to this site but hope to find it very helpful. I'm currently enrolled in a Sports Nutrition class which is helping me dial in my diet. I will look for that diet section on here though. Is this the same section to post the weight training

When you all say test only.. are you referring to a certain test? Like TEST 400

I like you bro so let me help you out a little
week 1 though 12 test e or test c, 250mg two times a week monday 930 am and thrusday 930 pm
if you want you can add some dbol for the first four weeks and would look like this
week 1 though 4 dbol 10mg morinng 10mg mid morning, 10mg early afternoon 10mg evening
PCT starts two weeks after last test shot.....
clomid 50mg ed for four weeks

Thank you very much T-Mos. I'll read those post then locate my paper work with all my personal calculations on them.. I've done these calculations over and over again but I'll redo them for more accuracy. Once I have all the calcs. done I'll post what my diet looks like. I know it needs work but I also know what I need to be consuming so its just a matter of adjustments. It will be a bit harder for me but with determination and a LOT of PRE-Planning I can get my diet down. I say this because when I'm not training clients in the gym I'm a truck driver which makes it a little tougher but its doable.
Also can anyone tell me how to adjust photos to get them posted on here. I've tried but it keeps telling me its too large.
