first cycle needs help

sustanon 300 and equipoise 300. i was told to take 1cc a week of each for 10 weeks. my questions are is this a good stack, is this a good way to take it, what pct should i do and how, and anything else i should know or do? thanks a million hope you can help......

first, you should ALREADY have your PCT, but standard is nolva and clomid 40/20/20/20 and 100/50/50/50, second, first cycle you should ONLY be doing test, get rid of the EQ, third sust has to be injected ED or EOD for steady blood plasma levels, not once a week... read up you have a lot to learn... fourth,

I take it this is your first cycle and it does sound like you already started, sus need to be shot every other day.....to keep the blood levels stable, also I would run at 400mg to 600mg ew...now how are you going to run equipoise I think if you are running 300 mg ew is a little low as well.

PCT needs to be clomid, nolva, and an AI...do some research and come back with a plan if you have started come back and let us know...

for you first cycle I would keep it to test only with some dbol to get it jump started if you can....save the deca till the next one...I would also run it the full 12 weeks and 18 days after last shot start your pct...but sus need to be shot eod..

OK, slow down...

Sust needs to be injected EOD (Every Other Day) not once a week, that is for TRT purposes only.

Eq is VERY slow and weak... it should be run at 600mgs/week for no less than 12-16 weeks

do you have enough to do a proper cycle?

Nolva and clomid can be purchased by the board sponsor by clicking the blue words or the red banner in the upper right

should be run 10/12 weeks, your gonna need more sust. do the math out to equal 4/500mgs of sust a week, and inject eod.

there's different start times for PCT (clomid and nolva) for different steroids, sust PCT starts 18 days after your last injection, and you can do it like this nolva 40/20/20/20 clomid 100/50/50/50 (numbers are for each week so 4 weeks PCT total)

thanks a million bro. i'm ginna get some more sust and probably start next week if not in two weeks. is there any other place i can get the clomid and nolva rather than the net. and just to make sure i understand i take nothin durning the cycle just 18 days afer last injection for four weeks like u have listed. should i worry about take vit b if so when and how.

vitamin b cant hurt, but its not really needed, just make sure to take a multi vitamin/mineral, and fish oil... you can ask your local source about clomid/nolva maybe theyd have it, but besides that, its available prescription only...

you CAN take an AI during cycle (arimidex works well) you would take this to combat water retention and estrogen related sides, but it will most likely hinder some of your gains b/c some estrogen is needed, you dont want to get rid of estrogen if you dont have to, so thats your choice. im on my first test cycle and i have arimidex, i got it just in case i felt i needed it, but havent needed it yet so its better just to have on hand... from what ive learned you have to just take it starting at the beginning of your cycle and NOT when gyno starts to show up, if it does....

if you start to see gyno symptoms, (itchy/puffy/sore nipples) then you can take nolvadex while on cycle to try to get rid of oncoming gyno. 20mgs a day would suffice, until the symtoms are gone... theres a lot to be said about AI's and SERM's, in the PCT section of this forum you can read the stickys about them, they'll clear a lot up for you. good luck with the cycle but i suggest you at least stick around this forum while on and before you start, and READ READ READ everything you can, especially the stickys in the top of all the subforums, theres a wealth of info here...

In case he/she asks questions:
Upon calling to make the appointment, simply suggest that you are feeling sluggish, etc., and you would like bloodwork done to check for any irregularities, and testosterone levels.

If they ask why you are curious about testosterone levels specifically, just say you have been taking a lot of sups from GNC, etc and after you feel sluggish.. then say you would like an idea of what the levels are at.
If they try to say no, tell them to just do it.

ok bro..... i personally think you should hold of on your cycle until you read here a little bit more. Whether you take the advice or not is up to you..... you've made 2 posts about the test cyp 300........ as i said in your other thread...... use the search button. It's all laid out for you in other posts.....
