    So far Ive hardened up everywhere solid. Gained 10 lbs with very little
    carbs. I'm now 200lbs 28" waist 5' 8" tall bf? dont know but not much now.

    dang man, 28" waist at 200 lbs is really good. I am 160lbs with a 30" waist.

    Because there is a big difference between body shape when you are 200lbs 5'8 and have a 33 inch waist and when you are 200lbs 5'8 and have a 28 inch waist. You get that Cobra back and your upperbody looks like a streched "V"

    from what i hear they are cheap thats why i stick with pharma grade... cant go wrong with that..... but i can tell you, you can do a little more research find the website and check some #s to make sure is from them
