advice on winstrol

ive been wanting to try winstrol . can anyone shed some light on how much and how long i should take it for? i am mid 30's and ive been fighting amateur mma fights for 3 years and strength training for 10ish. i am 5'8 180 with around 10 % body fat. i take the normal multi vitamin and the only other thing ive tried is "blue dragons" which with the help of guys on here i did well with. also is there anything i need to take along witrh the winstrol like when i took the blue dragons i took a liver supplement . thanks for any help you guys can give me........

winny by itself is NOT a good idea as it will suppress your natural test production. It is best if you take some test with it to replace what you lose

PCT will be needed as well for after the cycle is over and you should have that before you ever start

oral or injection on the winny? and i would add test too.....propionate at about 50mg ed or 100mg eod is what i would run

i would take 1 to 2 tablets a day of winny (50 to 100 mg) and the prop like a stated above....the prop will be injectable though...are you cool with needles?

i wouldn't run this LESS than 8 weeks personally.....i would go 10 to 12 but my goals are bodybuilding not fighting, i'm sure we're built differently and have different cycle experience too so keep that in mind, but 30 days is not long enough imo
