Gyno and bulking help

I am bulking at the moment. I have definitly gained some fat. My question is I notice my nipples look more puffy which makes me gyno paranoid. Can just everyday fat gain, make your nipples get that puffy look and stuff?

yes and no, i guess you should check by touching it to see if there is something hard behind it.

Well puffy doesnt mean gyno, my nipples have been puffy all my life. But when you are on steroids you tend to get bloated, and that can also cause puffyness, aswell as to estrogen (and the onset of gyno), so watch out for sensitive and itchy nipples, if you haven't got those your fine.

Doubtful, as stated above it could just be estrogenial. A lump/nodule is not always present especially at the onset, but you would DEFINITELY, be experience either pain, tingling, itchiness, or at the very least enhanced sensitivity to touch and even to clothing. In the absence of these, you're fine...for now!!!
